The lessee is obliged to pay for the fuel during the rental period and to return the car with the same amount of fuel that he/she received. If the lessee returns the vehicle with less fuel, the lessee will be charged the difference in fuel. There is no refund if the renter returns the vehicle with more fuel than he/she received.

Payment can be made upon receipt or delivery of the vehicle in cash or by credit/debit or prepaid card.

The driver must be over 19 years old and under 75.

If you wish to cancel a booking, the only acceptable method is by sending an email and receiving an email from our company that we have received the email you sent us.

If the reservation is canceled at least 10 days before the scheduled start of the vehicle rental, the entire amount of the deposit will be refunded.

In case of cancellation which is received in less than 10 days and up to 3 days before the scheduled start of the rental there is a charge of 40% of the advance payment.

In case of cancellation received less than 3 days before the scheduled start of the rental, the customer will be charged the full amount of the deposit.
